CHALLENGE

For the Seafood Expo Asia 2023 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, Kingscom partnered with The Netherlands Enterprise Agency, a government agency that is part of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, to design and set up The Dutch Pavilion booth.

We also facilitated hotel accommodations and transportation for all delegates.

Additionally, we conceptualized a marcom plan to engage seafood professionals from the APAC region to enhance the Dutch seafood industry's brand image and awareness.

OBJECTIVE

  • Showcase six Dutch companies to foster connections with Asian partners and buyers.

  • Design a stand resonating with the NL brand identity.

  • Elevate brand awareness and engage potential prospects in APAC.

RESULT

Our design was a minimalist, clean stand that emanated an inviting atmosphere. The design featured transparent elements to ensure openness, making visitors feel at ease. Each of the six participating companies had distinct booths with branding spaced to ensure privacy. Our clients, participants, and expo visitors lauded this design approach.

To engage seafood professionals worldwide, especially in Asia:

  • We published sponsored articles on global platforms: Seafood Source and Food & Beverage Asia.

  •  We produced an after-event movie showcasing the Dutch participants' experience at SEA 2023, emphasizing the Dutch seafood industry's unique selling points.

  • These two articles and the video have been promoted via LinkedIn ads targeting Asian seafood professionals, ensuring maximum outreach.
