CHALLENGE

Kingscom Worldwide was honored to be appointed by PINO and Partners for Water, a 6-year subsidy program from The Netherlands EnterpriseAgency, to produce and design The Dutch Pavilion at WWF 2024, held in Bali. This prestigious event brought together global leaders, experts, and stakeholders to discuss and address water-related challenges.

OBJECTIVE

The primary objectives for The Dutch Pavilion were to:

    • Showcase Dutch innovations and expertise in water management.

    • Facilitate networking and collaboration between Dutch companies and international partners.

    • Create an engaging and interactive space, a platform for knowledge sharing and discussion through a comprehensive education offered in the presentation theatre that reflects the Netherlands' commitment to sustainable water solutions.

RESULT

Design and Conceptualisation: Our team at Kingscom Worldwide collaborated closely with City Neon Indonesia to bring the vision for The Dutch Pavilion to life. The design concept emphasized the Netherlands' innovative approach to water management, incorporating interactive elements and visual storytelling to engage visitors.

Production and Execution: We meticulously planned and executed the production of The Dutch Pavilion, ensuring every detail aligned with our client's vision and objectives. Our approach was both environmentally conscious and technologically advanced.

Partnerships: Our collaboration with City Noen Indonesia was crucial for the success of The Dutch Pavilion. Their expertise in local production and logistics was invaluable, ensuring a seamless and efficient setup. Additionally, we received unwavering support from our partners, which was instrumental in overcoming the challenges of organising such a significant event.
